DAY 10: First Celebrity Crush

Just what I like, another easy topic.  For day number ten I need to identify my first celebrity crush.  I had to take a scroll through the smootharchives to locate the first celebrity crush, and after some searching...I found her.  Who did I find?  Well stop being impatient and I will tell you.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I present to you my first celebrity crush...Martika!

Yes fresh off the set of Kids Incorporated and fresh out of the 80s. Now I don't want you to think that I had Martika posters all over my room and such, but she was my favorite to watch on the show and as a 4 or 5 year old, I thought she was the bee knees.

After her stint on Kids Incorporated she went on to have a (successful) music career with her biggest hit,. at least from how I remember, was "Toy Soliders."  This song would later be sampled by Eminem on his song of the same name.  Today Martika is still active and currently touring as part of the Totally 80s tour.
